An estimated 10% of vital and expensive equipment, often rented, is lost on every tour which costs the music industry Millions of pounds each year.

From stolen vans for small bands to flight cases mysteriously wheeled away on major tours, music equipment on tour is viewed by criminals as a soft target with high returns and low risk of being caught. Flight cases are designed to conceal contents, prevent damage and be easily transported. Perfect for a criminal.

CaseTrack is a digital communications device embedded into flight cases that enables the equipment owner to quickly locate any case instantly and trace it’s movements.

How will it work?

CaseTrack is a digital communications device, with a sim card and GPS tracking (similar to a mobile phone but without the screen and keyboard etc) with a long life battery of up to 30 days. It is fully USB rechargeable and additional power banks can be added to extend life.ย 

It connects to the Internet and communicates with an App on a computer, Tablet or Smartphone to provide the precise location of the device. If the tracker is placed in a flight case, then the app will track the case and the equipment contained therein.ย 

CaseTrack will inform you if a case is opened, on the move and it’s precise location when at rest.ย  Equipment audits are easy with CaseTrack and enables full inventory management on a tour, by venue.
